I wrote this April 20, 2020 and posted it on my social media accounts. It was an emotional time as a member of the board of trustees. At the time, we were trying to help our districts, states and the nation with the return to work protocols that we were putting together. There were so many unknowns at the time and we were trying to balance the science of what we did know with the economic impacts that every practice was facing.
Apparently it struck a chord with my colleagues as the post went viral with over 10,000 views/comments/reactions. It was shared by 298 people.
