Pure Dental
Buffalo, New York

With a goal to provide the highest quality care at an affordable cost, Pure Dental founder and CEO Keith Vibert, D.D.S. says his company’s fourth dental office in Buffalo, New York, is designed to deliver excellent care and comfort for patients and to be a great workplace for its staff.
Pure Dental Buffalo won top honors in the 2022 ADA Design Innovation Award Large New Build category, with more than 5,000 square feet dedicated to patient treatment and waiting areas, sterilization, imaging, storage, staff lounge area and an in-house laboratory.
Dr. Vibert, a graduate of Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, said Pure Dental worked with a building project manager and a local lead designer who specializes in building design, along with custom cabinets and kitchen designs to bring the new office’s vision to life. Waldemar Blaszak, an entrepreneur in Williamsville, New York, with a background in dental laboratories and general construction and development, and Aaron Mach, of Empire Custom Kitchens in Lancaster, New York, were the construction and design team for Pure Dental’s award-winning office.
“We constructed a new building from scratch and then I gave Waldemar and Aaron some basic parameters on the technologies I wanted to incorporate and ideas about how the office should flow and function,” Dr. Vibert said. “They really took it to the next level. The result is a high-end design that is warm and comfortable for patients but streamlines all of the care we provide in-house to give them ultra-high quality dental care at an affordable cost.”

The practice’s strikingly modern black and blond exterior leads patients into a warm and welcoming interior, with bold contrasts in color and luxurious texture. The waiting area offers soft, comfortable seating that compliments the walnut and stone walls and a two-sided fireplace and plants placed throughout the space create a warm, homelike atmosphere in all the patient traffic areas.
The treatment rooms and imaging area include the latest technologies for patient care with sleek and comfortable décor designed to give patients a relaxing and professional environment. The huge dental laboratory and sterilization area offer staff convenience and a smooth workflow, and incorporating the in-house lab helps contain care costs for patients.
“Our vision as a company has been to utilize the latest 3D technology in dentistry, which allows us to give our patients the best possible care at a more affordable price. The end goal is always to provide more access to dental care and make life better for people in our communities,” Dr. Vibert said. “The new office definitely helps patients see they are walking into a state-of-the-art facility where they can expect to receive incredible care.”
Dr. Vibert balances a busy clinical career, multiple practice ownership and an active family life with his wife Amanda and three young children, Sydney, age 7, Gordon, age 5 and Peyton, age 2. “Our family spends a lot of time playing sports — tennis, t-ball, soccer — and we also enjoy boating, beach time and fishing,” he said. “The secret to making the most of family time, for me, is using excellent time management and surrounding myself with the most incredible and talented team members possible.
Since Pure Dental launched in 2015, Dr. Vibert says the company has focused on hiring strong team members who are on board with its vision to provide affordable, high-quality, streamlined care and make them part of the Pure Dental family. “We give our staff an opportunity to grow along with us so we can all rise up together.”
The design also gives the staff at Pure Dental Buffalo some pampering, with a large L-shaped staff lounge that includes a full-sized modern kitchen and a lounge with a comfy sofa and TV.
“All of our offices, including three in Long Island, New York, and the new office in Buffalo add value to our company and make Pure Dental a great place to work,” Dr. Vibert said. “We think it’s important to offer our 80+ employees good benefits, sick time and competitive wages. We are building a reputation in New York as a great place to work.”
